Meet Ashley
Being a natural connector within her community, Ashley thrives on unifying others, in hopes they can tap into the resources needed to make their impossible dream, possible. Creating, equipping, and developing championship teams is what Ashley has been known for in the Financial Services sector. Having helped multiple ordinary people become extraordinary, Ashley also has achieved a strong 7-figure income in the process.
After college, Ashley developed much of her backbone while being a server and bartender, and then landed a career at the mega gym chain, Gold’s Gym. Working up the corporate ladder to General Manager, she met and married her now husband, Dustin, whom was the gym’s Fitness Director. They had always worked and believed together that one day they would start their own company. That dream started to unfold in 2012, as Ashley earned her state license from the North Carolina Department of Insurance.
Since partnering with North American Senior Benefits in the summer of 2013, Ashley has built an 8-figure empire of 150+ business partners, spanning across 11 states. The Dream Makers Team has insured tens of thousands across the country with life insurance.
In December of 2021, after seeing a need in her own community, Ashley founded The Dream Makers Ripple Effect Foundation. A 501C3 Non-Profit organization, which has restored hope to the hopeless in her community through programs like Operation: Christmas Blessing.
In December of 2023, Ashley earned the “Nations of Neighbors” grant, which awarded her foundation $10,000.
Having a goal to author an others-oriented, leadership, self-help book by 2025, Ashley has been a major pillar of driving hope, business strategy, and forward progress to those she partners with.

With over 16 years of work experience, Ashley has been a visionary leader, a communication specialist, and a new business development connoisseur. Her mission has always been to help individuals unlock their true potential and pursue their purpose with passion, integrity, and guts!
Ashley gained national recognition in 2019 for becoming the First Female Partner of any privately-owned Final Expense brokerage - North American Senior Benefits, empowered by Integrity Marketing Group. She empowers life insurance brokers, sales industry leaders, and business owners all over the United States to achieve their dreams and goals.
Ashley holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Communications from East Carolina University. Upon graduation, Ashley had served as Vice President of Epsilon Sigma Alpha, a service sorority that encompassed international leadership and community outreach.
